Glam rock royalty THE SWEET will bring their legendary back catalogue and high-energy live show to Northampton’s Roadmender on Thursday 11 December 2025, with special guest Bobbie Dazzle joining them for one unforgettable night.
With a career spanning six decades, The Sweet remain one of the UK’s most influential rock bands. Bursting onto the scene in the early 70s, they dominated the charts with a run of now-iconic hits including Blockbuster, Hellraiser, Ballroom Blitz, Teenage Rampage and The Sixteens. Their impact quickly spread worldwide, with Fox on the Run soaring to number 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Their influence continues to echo across generations — as rock legend Gene Simmons famously said: “Without The Sweet there would not have been a KISS.”
Adding even more sparkle to the Northampton show is the sensational Bobbie Dazzle, the glitter-soaked glam creation of singer Siân Greenway. Expect colour, huge vocals and a full-throttle dose of rock’n’roll joy as the 21st-century glam party gets underway.
