A Furry-Tail Festive Treat at The Core: Little Wolf Entertainment Returns with Beauty and the Beast
Posted 15th October 2025
The cast of Beauty and the Beast have officially launched this year’s pantomime at The Core at Corby Cube — and it promises to be a “furry-tail” treat packed with laughter, magic and festive sparkle!
Following the huge success of last year’s production, the award-winning Little Wolf Entertainment are back for 2025 with their take on the classic tale — running from Friday 12 to Wednesday 31 December. The Core was transformed into a pretty French town for the launch, setting the scene for a pantomime that’s a “Oui” bit hilarious!
Joe Flavin, Director of The Core, said: “We’re so excited to be teaming up with Little Wolf Entertainment again this Christmas. They always bring so much energy, humour and heart to their shows, and Beauty and the Beast is set to be another hilarious pantomime for all ages. We can’t wait for audiences to join in the fun at The Core this December!”
The stellar cast includes Rhian Lynch as book-loving Belle, Samuel Wright and Elliot Coombe as the riotous Dame Betty Bon Bon and her hapless son Idle Jacques, Justine Marie Mead as the boo-worthy Enchantress, and Jonathan Houlston with Michaela Murphy as the vain Gaston and his fawning sidekick La Fool. Completing the line-up is Gabriel Phelan as the Beast himself.
Alan Bowles, Co-Founder and Producer at Little Wolf Entertainment, added: “We’re delighted to be bringing the magical tale as old as time to The Core at Corby Cube this Christmas. Beauty and the Beast is full of the mayhem, slapstick and fun that audiences expect from a Little Wolf panto — as well as moments of real magic and genuine spectacle.
Once again, we’ve assembled a hugely talented team both on and off stage, ready to bring the show to life. Whether it’s cheering on Belle and Betty or booing Gaston and the Enchantress, it’s going to be a pantomime to remember. Tickets are selling faster than ever before, with some performances nearly sold out — so book now!”
With shimmering sets, outrageous costumes, and plenty of festive mischief, Beauty and the Beast is a magical experience for the whole family. Will true love conquer all? Will the Enchantress’s curse be broken? And will Betty Bon Bon drop another clanger?
Find out at The Core at Corby Cube from Friday 12 to Wednesday 31 December. Tickets are available from the Box Office on 01536 470470 or online at www.thecorecorby.com.
